Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery charges: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 1300. For orders below INR 1300, we charge a shipping fee of INR 100.

Standard Shipping: All regular and non-personalized orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of order.

During launch offers, the shipping date and timeline may be longer and will be specified on the product details page. 

International Shipping: Currently, we do not have the option of international shipping. We only deliver to locations across India. 

Returns & Refunds: At AlphaNutrica, we make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products.

Once, the product is shipped and received by the customer in acceptable form. In such cases, We Do NOT HAVE AN EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND POLICY.

If the shipped product is defective or has been damaged in the delivery process.  We will accept the return and dispatch the new item. The to-and-fro delivery costs for the changed item will have to be borne by the customer. You can raise any such requests by emailing us. In such cases, the item must be unused & in the same condition as shipped.

 

All items can be returned for a credit coupon applicable for online purchases. In case you can’t find another item to purchase. The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost and payment gateway charges) will be credited to the coupon code. You can use this coupon code for any future purchase within 3 months of receiving it.

The customer has to courier the returnable items to our address. The same will be communicated to you once you raise this request to us by emailing us.
